Welcome to Blackpool! Please abide by these terms when staying at The The Golden Sands.

All prices shown on this website tare per room per night (unless otherwise stated).  Prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the current rate.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, prices do not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, for example, additional breakfast items).

On arrival please be advised that a form of valid ID (i.e. passport, driving license etc.) is required and credit/debit card details for security and damage purposes.

Due to legal requirements, Golden Sands is a non-smoking Hotel; anyone who has smoked in the hotel will be charged an extra night's stay and be asked to leave. We also have to report this to the police who may take further action.

Breakfast times are show at reception.. At busier times, they are subject to change.

On arrival, rooms will be available from 2.00pm (earlier by arrangement and subject to availability). Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure. Late checkout is available at an extra charge and is subject to the availability of rooms.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you have not paid a deposit, please note that 50% of the booking is payable on cancellation and with less than 14 days' notice, the whole amount of the booking is payable. We advise all our guests to take out holiday insurance to recover these costs.

If the deposit has been paid using debit or credit card (authorised account number), then any payment due owing to cancellation, curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The cardholder will be notified of any such transaction.

All accounts must be settled in full upon arrival at the hotel.

Pets are not permitted at any time, with the exception of guide dogs.

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to guest’s property unless handed in for safekeeping and signed for by the proprietors.

A charge will be made for any loss or damage to hotel property accidental or otherwise and will be deducted from the guest's debit or credit card, or a solicitor will be instructed to recover these costs, from group bookings. The person whose name is on the booking form is liable for the damage.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is party to the contract cause any detriment to the well-being of any other guests.

In no circumstances are non-residents allowed to be brought back to the hotel to stay without prior notification.
